RainCity Housing is seeking a Support Worker for Sechelt Hightide Modular Housing. The role supports homeless and at-risk individuals, using a strengths-based approach and coordinating service plans with tenants.

The position is part time (0.6 FTE), starting October 12, 2026, with night shifts Fri–Sun 11:30 PM–7:30 AM and a $2.50 night-shift premium. A transparent BC Vulnerable Sector check is required.
