Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial and residential facilities. This role offers an prospect to contribute to a secure, clean, and welcoming setting through efficient cleaning practices and facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to ensure optimal results.
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Support team members in completing larger cleaning projects or special requests as needed.
Working with 1 team member most of the time
Experience
Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but will provide training
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is advantageous.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently on a timely manner.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
