Position Overview
We are hiring a hardworking Lawn Care Labourer to support our lawn maintenance crew. This is a hands‑on, physical role with no client‑facing responsibilities. You will work under the direction of a crew lead and assist with day‑to‑day outdoor maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
Operating lawn care tools and equipment (push mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Garden bed maintenance, weeding, mulching, and planting
Assisting with landscaping tasks as directed
Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a clean work area
Following safety procedures and instructions from the crew lead
Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Experience in lawn care or landscaping is an asset but not required
