In this strategic role, you will manage a team of Commissioning Managers and direct commissioning activities for large-scale battery projects across North America. Your expertise will guide the projects from construction completion to commercial operation, ensuring technical oversight and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a team of Commissioning Managers
• Oversee execution across utility-scale battery projects
• Manage staffing priorities and mobilization schedules
• Develop commissioning strategies and plans for projects
• Serve as the senior escalation point for technical issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in commissioning or renewable-energy EPC
• Direct experience with utility-scale battery systems
• Robust understanding of electrical power systems
• Ability to travel 50% across North America
