Our client in Mississauga, a leader in their industry, is looking to hire an HRIS Manager to manage the organization's Human Resources Information Systems. In this role, you will lead HR systems across HR, Payroll, and Finance. This is a unique opportunity to take the company's HR systems to the next level. You will play a key role in ensuring HR systems are fully utilized to deliver critical data and support to the business. Our client is seeking someone with extensive UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) experience. Responsibilities: Oversee the configuration, design, and integration of UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management
Implement new modules, upgrades, and system enhancements
Work closely with Payroll, Finance, and IT on functionality and reporting
Lead all HRIS-related projects




Provide technical support to internal teams
Implement enhanced AI-powered tools
Build custom dashboards and reports
Manage other HRIS projects and duties as required
Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with 2+ years operating at a strategic level
Direct experience with UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) required
Exceptional analytical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills
Proven track record of leading process improvements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
