Wrapbook is seeking a Senior User Researcher for a 12-month maternity leave coverage. You will own the research strategy for a core product area, turning broad questions into explicit learning plans and guiding decisions across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data.
You’ll lead discovery, usability testing, field research, and synthesis, shaping the customer understanding and aligning research with business OKRs. Remote in Canada; healthcare, benefits, and AI-enabled workflows are provided.
