Elevate supplier standards at MHI Canada Aerospace as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Drive continuous improvement and performance metrics in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Supervisor of Supplier Quality, the Supplier Quality Engineer will lead supplier development initiatives.
This role requires expertise in continuous improvement techniques, APQP systems, and strong analytical skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit plans, risk analysis, and project management activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supplier performance KPIs
- Conduct risk analysis to minimize supply interruptions
- Manage product and process audits effectively
- Assist suppliers in meeting RCCA deadlines
- Evaluate and approve new suppliers based on quality standards Requirements:
- 3-5 years in product development and sourcing
- Robust background in aerospace quality and supplier management
- Engineering degree or related preferred
- Proficient in quality inspection activities
