- Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
- Maintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24/48h
- Entry, confirmation, and management of purchase orders
- Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levels
- Identify bottlenecks in daily operations
- Design, prototype, and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications
- Graduate ( graduated within the last 6 months ) or currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field of study.
- Solid interest in business process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate,
VBA/Macros, Python, or SQL)
- Basic knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated processes
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
