Job Title: Supply Chain IT Analyst / Oracle ERP Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain IT Analyst with strong functional and technical experience across Oracle ERP and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain processes—including order management, inventory, and shipping—along with strong analytical and communication skills to support business and IT initiatives for Cisco.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current-state application design and business processes across supply chain domains.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design new solution options.
- Develop functional specifications and author user stories for developers & QA teams.
- Understand and troubleshoot Oracle ERP modules: OM, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving.
- Support QA teams with test case reviews, issue resolution, and validation of delivered capabilities.




- Conduct demos to business stakeholders to secure approvals and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams for solution integration and delivery.
- Perform detailed data analysis to support technical and business decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of IT experience, preferably in supply chain domain.
- Strong understanding of:
- Oracle PL/SQL, SQL
- ERP modules: Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving
- Java and integration technologies

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
- Experience working in a global delivery and multi-vendor environment.
- Prior Cisco experience is a strong advantage.
