Become a vital part of Richmond's community as a Crisis Intervention Worker in Victim Services. This role focuses on delivering essential support to victims of crime during critical times.

Your responsibilities will include assessing safety risks, managing a caseload, and facilitating Victim Impact Statements. Support victims with emotional care and guidance

- Assess safety needs and implement planning
- Help clients navigate the criminal justice system
- 1 year related experience in municipal context
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Must maintain Enhanced RCMP Security Clearance Utilize your communication and support skills to empower victims and facilitate their recovery in Richmond.
