Contribute to transformative mental health care at EHN Canada as a Support Worker. Engage with patients, facilitate meetings, and ensure their well-being within a structured environment. EHN Canada seeks a dedicated Support Worker focused on providing consistent support to patients in their mental health and addiction treatment programs. With responsibilities including life skills teaching and emotional support, you'll coordinate with clinical staff to ensure patient needs are met.

Your role is vital in creating a secure and therapeutic atmosphere for healing. Key Responsibilities:

- Teach life skills like cleaning and organization
- Facilitate therapeutic community meetings
- Support patients in emotional dysregulation situations
- Conduct regular facility rounds for patient safety
- Document significant occurrences and treatment progress Requirements:
- Certificate in Health Care Worker program or related experience
- Trauma-informed training as an asset
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with good standing
- Transparent Criminal record check required Make an impact in mental health treatment through patient support and care coordination at EHN Canada.
