Duties
Operate laundry machines efficiently to process linens, towels, and guest clothing according to established procedures
Sort, fold, and organize laundry items with precision and care to ensure quality presentation
Clean and disinfect rooms, bathrooms, hallways, public areas, and service spaces following safety standards
Restock cleaning supplies and linens regularly to maintain operational readiness
Perform routine inspections of assigned areas to identify cleanliness issues or maintenance needs
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management
Skills
Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of laundry processes, including operation of washing machines and dryers
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Positive physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
