Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions. Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure every guest feels pampered, confident, and delighted with their experience.

Responsibilities
Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and protected experience for clients
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations
Manage retail sales of lash care products and accessories to enhance client results and satisfaction
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing check-in/check-out procedures
Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue




Build solid relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews

Requirements
Proven experience in eyelash extension application or a strong desire to learn the craft through training programs
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle retail sales confidently while promoting products and services
Basic understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed
Prior front desk or reception experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
