Fox Traffic is seeking experienced Lane Closure Technicians with the desire to grow with us long-term.

Wages starting at 25.00 and upwards. Depending on experience.

Qualifications required for position;
Must be willing to do out of town jobs.
Have a valid WBC approved TCP ticket, and a valid driver license.
Have a minimum of 2 year experience.
Must be reliable, punctual and able to get along with others.

We offer competitive wages and offer advantages after 3 months of employment. We have newer GMC fleet trucks, and fuel card for company vehicles.

Duties
Direct traffic flow at construction sites to ensure safety for both workers and motorists.
Set up and maintain traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.
Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control measures as needed to minimize congestion.
Communicate effectively with team members and the public regarding traffic conditions and safety protocols.




Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working workplace for yourself and others.

Skills
Strong observational skills to identify potential hazards or issues in traffic flow.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with co-workers, the public, and contractors.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges on-site effectively.
Commitment to safety practices and procedures in all aspects of work.
