Responsibilities
Coordinate daily maintenance activities and service requests
Schedule maintenance tasks and communicate priorities to internal teams and contractors
Track work orders, repairs, inspections, and maintenance records
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and follow-up
Monitor maintenance timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Maintain accurate documentation and reports




Support facility operations and identify opportunities for process improvements
Assist with inventory tracking of maintenance supplies and equipment

Qualifications
Previous experience in maintenance coordination, facilities coordination, operations, or administration is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling or maintenance management systems
Detail-oriented with robust record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams

Schedule
Full time position
Monday to Friday schedule
Daytime hours with occasional flexibility based on operational needs

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
