The Managed Services Associate / Senior Associate - Oracle EPM will assist in the delivery of managed services for our Oracle EPM clients, with a focus on Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). This role involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EPBCS, be based on the West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) to support client coverage, and be comfortable addressing a wide range of client requests beyond their specific area of expertise. We are looking for someone who is proactive, autonomous, and client-driven, with solid problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Level of hire (Associate or Senior Associate) will be determined based on the candidate's experience. The Managed Services Associates plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients. Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients. Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members. Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least 1 of the following areas: Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) (Required) Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) (Preferred)
