The Practice | Toronto A role at the centre of something meaningful This is not a traditional clinical leadership role. It is an opportunity to help reshape the way we view therapy, one that honours both evidence based practice and the lived human experience. At The Practice, we believe there are many ways to process, heal and become the best version of yourself. Some people need emotional processing, some need coaching and others need to tap into their subconscious and learn how to shift their energy. This role exists to offer all of those pathways together into one cohesive, flexible space that meets the clients needs where they are in their life. The Practice is a place where growth is not confined to one modality or one way of being. It is meant to help every person become the version of themselves that embodies meaning, purpose and joy. This role is central to that vision. You will help define what modern wellness can look like when it is deep, grounded, inspiring and expansive. The Role Be the lead practicing multi-modality practitioner Work closely with the CEO to design, develop, and evolve non-medical therapeutic and mindset-oriented programs that are unique to The Practice Have a personal growth-oriented mindset and experience personally and professionally in Eastern and Western modalities of healing Create signature wellness offerings and develop the client journey for the clinical and wellness side Maintain service quality standards across all healing modalities Recruit, onboard, and manage clinical and wellness practitioners, with a strong emphasis on hiring multi-credentialed,
non-traditional and like-minded professionals Oversee practitioner schedules to ensure full-service coverage across 7-day-a-week operations Train and develop department staff, maintaining clinical standards, ethical standards, and service consistency Handle all client complaints in a supportive way for both staff and customer, holding space for both Oversee all therapeutic, coaching and energy healing programs and ensure ongoing program quality and consistency Build a supportive supervisory or mentorship relationship with all department staff, checking in with their needs and providing support with challenging client situations Serve as the internal expert on therapy billing, insurance, and benefits, advising staff and clients as needed Ensure all clinical processes align with professional and regulatory norms in the therapy and wellness space Collaborate with the Director of Movement, Sound and Breathwork to identify cross-modality opportunities Work with Director of Events, Marketing and Partnership on how clinical offerings are packaged and communicated externally Report directly to the CEO Attend weekly team meeting to help drive overall growth, values and development of the Practice Be an integral part of the overall leadership team at the Practice Leadership Expectations Lead with clarity, accountability, and consistency Be both strategic and hands on,
able to move between vision and execution Value collaboration and see the strength in integrated approaches Model healthy communication and interpersonal dynamics Bring a calm, grounded presence to both team dynamics and client experience Be committed to building something long term Who You Are Are a licensed clinical practitioner with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a therapist Are educated and experienced in multiple modalities of treatment Have 2 years+ managerial experience in a therapeutic setting Have experience and understanding in both Western and Eastern philosophies of healing Have done personal therapy or healing work that allows you to be open and reflective Understand that healing does not happen in one dimension Have supervision experience as a senior team member Are curious, open-minded, and continuously evolving in your own practice Have strong leadership experience within a therapy, wellness, or multidisciplinary approaches Are confident navigating ethical standards, client care, and practitioner support Are organized, thoughtful, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture Are passionate about your career and helping other people Are aligned with the values and the vision of The Practice Any additional training, certifications, or experience across therapeutic, holistic or alternative modalities are considered a robust asset Compensation Range $80,000 - $100,000 plus performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary How To Apply If this role resonates with you, please send: Your resume A cover letter sharing why this work matters to you A list of three books, thought leaders, or podcasts that have shaped how you think and why A short video introducing yourself and sharing how you would approach building and evolving the clinical and wellness experience at The Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
