Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly
Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and safety protocols
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality control
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve cleaning issues promptly
Enforce health, safety,



and sanitation standards in compliance with industry regulations

Requirements
Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles, with a strong background in cleaning procedures
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments
Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Exceptional communication skills to lead teams effectively and interact with guests professionally
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physically demanding tasks
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence is preferred
