Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

Prior experience in hospitality, hotel cleaning, or custodial services is preferred. The Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail at all times.

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness
Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and staff
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained




Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities within designated shifts
Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals safely
