Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for repairs and maintenance.
Conduct heavy lifting and digging tasks as required for equipment installation or repair.
Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity.
Collaborate with team members to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills




Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment.
Proficiency in electrical systems, HVAC, and welding techniques.
Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a dealership or similar workplace is a plus.
