About Our Client A company in the retail industry based in Toronto.
Job Description Lead the implementation and management of Yardi systems to meet business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage system upgrades, integrations, and configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system management.
Coordinate with vendors for system support and troubleshooting as required.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to system performance and usage.

The Successful Applicant A successful ERP Program Manager (Yardi) should have:
Experience with Yardi systems and their implementation in a business environment.
Strong technical skills and the ability to optimize enterprise systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing system-related tasks.
