CIHI is seeking a Senior UX Analyst/Senior User Experience Researcher to lead user research, plan studies, and deliver data-driven insights for digital health products. You will shape UX standards, deliver reports, and advocate for research across cross-functional teams.
The role requires 3–5 years in UX, strong analysis skills, and experience with qualitative/quantitative methods. Primary locations: Toronto or Ottawa; bilingualism is an asset. Competitive advantages apply.
