This registered nursing role includes providing individualized care and case coordination for patients with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized direct nursing care to clients
• Administer prescribed medicines and monitor responses




• Develop and evaluate strength-based treatment plans
• Conduct psychosocial rehabilitation assessments
• Maintain accurate client records and participate in team meetings

Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse
• Minimum 240 hours of clinical practicum in mental health
• Knowledge of concurrent disorders and harm reduction strategies
• Ability to provide group and individual counseling
• Skill in conflict resolution and crisis intervention
