Intact is seeking a Product Manager for its expanding team. The role will direct the vision and roadmap for IT Services, focusing on service management and AI-enabled capabilities. You will manage high-impact projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain IT Services Portfolio strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering for scalable solutions
• Chair the ITS Product Council to prioritize and align roadmap
• Track portfolio performance against defined targets




• Coach Product Owners on strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in product management, especially in transformation
• Experience with enterprise IT service management or digital products
• Robust knowledge of agile principles and value-based delivery
• Data literacy in defining KPIs and using insights
• ITIL 4 certification or knowledge considered an asset
