As part of the Finance Department, this senior role will report directly to the Mine Controller, where your expertise will be essential for successful financial reporting and analysis. You will analyze production costs, facilitate month-end closes, and monitor key performance metrics for capital expenditures, contributing to both immediate financial goals and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial close
• Conduct variance analysis to clarify cost discrepancies




• Monitor production costs including labor and materials
• Establish cost-reduction programs for optimizing expenses
• Help prepare the annual budget and forecasts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
• CPA designation required
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with SAP and JDE is a plus
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
