Transform organizational practices as the Talent Management Specialist for Indigenous Youth Roots. This full-time remote role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and coaching rooted in Indigenous values.

Reporting to the Director of People, Culture, & Operational Effectiveness, you'll lead recruitment and selection processes while ensuring cultural safety and relational accountability. Collaborate in developing onboarding programs and training workshops that resonate with Indigenous youth. With a strong focus on innovative practices, you will support departmental initiatives and help foster an inclusive organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement recruitment processes effectively
• Guide onboarding programs for new staff members




• Develop competency workshops tailored to diverse learning styles
• Provide coaching support for organizational leadership
• Collaborate on People & Culture departmental initiatives

Requirements:
• 3+ years in recruitment and selection
• 2+ years in training development
• Experience in change management is an asset
• Previous leadership coaching experience preferred
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
