GARDENWORKS is seeking a passionate, hands-on retail leader for its Garden Supplies & Pottery department. This full-time position requires a minimum of three years of retail experience, ideally in gardening or home improvement. You will oversee daily operations, focusing on inventory management and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of Garden Supplies & Pottery departments
• Execute product flow processes, including receiving and merchandising
• Ensure displays are fully stocked and presentation-ready




• Utilize POS system for inventory management and reports
• Monitor inventory movement and communicate with the Purchasing team

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably gardening
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data
• Forklift certification or willingness to train
