Purpose of the position Our building located in Brossard is currently looking for a full-time daytime concierge. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
Maintain property areas and systems
Maintain and clean the premises
Keep the work setting clean
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
All other related tasks




Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
