Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional, friendly service to guests

• Assist in managing restaurant operations and staffing needs
• Train as a Banquet Captain to supervise events
• Manage effective communication between shifts

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in Food and Beverage service
• Current BC “Serving it Right” or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Flexible availability for various shifts
