The Warehouse Coordinator provides support to the Profit Centre Manager and is responsible for day-to-day management of the warehouse The successful candidate has previous warehouse experience, and excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Organize delivery runs and address customer delivery issues
Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and provide recommendations for equipment requirements
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and company policy
Review and resolve errors in picking/loading processes
Engage in self-development practices for product knowledge and warehouse procedures
Perform same-day deliveries using the company-provided vehicle (G-class license required)
Perform other assigned duties
Must Haves and Nice to Haves Must Haves: HVAC distribution experience
Forklift/reach-truck experience or certification
Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems




Mechanically inclined with equipment assembly experience
Interest in learning HVAC/R products and growing within the organization
Ability to lift upwards of fifty (50) pounds
