We are looking for a part time host to join our team. Please only apply if you are available every Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM-4 PM. Weekday shifts potentially available as well.
Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
Maintain a clean reception area
Collaborate with servers to ensure productive service
Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
Experience
Prior experience in guest services or food service is preferred
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Experience in a restaurant workplace is beneficial
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Proficient in phone etiquette
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60 per hour
