• Efficiently operate and empty dishwashers daily
• Ensure cleanliness of cooking surfaces and food storage
• Perform regular damp mopping of floors
• Sanitize various kitchen equipment consistently
• Participate in mandatory training and staff discussions
Requirements:
• Compassionate disposition toward seniors and disabled persons
• Understanding of food safety and handling guidelines
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Solid reading and writing skills in English
• Must provide or obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
