We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring excellent service throughout their visit.
Duties
Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Assist with to-go orders and package items for guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
Collaborate with servers to ensure productive service
Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
Assist in coordinating special events or large party reservations
Experience
English proficiency required
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality,
or food service setting is a plus
Solid communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Familiarity with guest services in a hotel setting is beneficial
Proficient phone etiquette skills
Job Type: Part time Pay: From $16.00 per hour
