Handyman Technician (Residential, Restaurant & Commercial Properties)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across a variety of properties, including residential homes, restaurants, and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks such as drywall repair, painting, plumbing fixes, carpentry, and minor electrical work
Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for effective repairs
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential problems
Maintain and repair fixtures, equipment, and building systems
Handle service calls for occupied residential units, restaurant spaces, and commercial facilities
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations
Communicate clearly with property managers, tenants,



and business owners regarding work status and timelines
Keep tools, work areas, and service vehicles clean and organized

Qualifications
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
Strong knowledge of general repair techniques across multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
Ability to work in diverse environments, including residential homes, food service establishments, and commercial spaces
Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic tools required (preferred but may vary by employer)

Preferred Skills
Experience working in restaurant maintenance (kitchen equipment, safety compliance, etc.)
Familiarity with commercial building systems
HVAC or appliance repair experience (a plus)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
