We are looking to add a General Labourer who embodies this spirit to our growing team.

Responsibilities of Position
Accurately filling paint into different sized containers
Measuring and weighing ingredients with precision
Process batches as directed in process instructions
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Participate in regular inventory counts
Communicate with the Production Manager to identify concerns with production as they arise
Identify discrepancies and bring them to the attention of QC
Packing, Shipping and all associated paperwork
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Ability to work in a physically demanding position
Team player with excellent communication skills




A great attention to detail
Strong analytical and math skills required
Quick Learner
Robust interpersonal skills
Very reliable
Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
The ability to read, write and speak English

Desired Education
High school diploma or higher

Desired Experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred – chemical manufacturing experience a plus
Forklift experience preferred
