Responsibilities
Assist with site cleanup, organizing materials, and preparing work areas for upcoming tasks
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others
Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
Help with demolition, painting, or landscaping tasks as needed to support project progress




Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and productivity

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn current skills
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
Basic understanding of safety procedures; willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
Previous experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
Reliable transportation to get to the worksite on time
Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as required by project schedules
