Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is seeking a Swing Chef to support the Head Chef and kitchen team at Albreda Lodge, Blue River, BC. The role focuses on keeping the kitchen clean, managing staff meals, and coordinating the staff grocery program for the season.

You will design staff lunch and dinner menus with the Head Chef and ensure high standards for guest meals while complying with health and safety regulations. This seasonal, full time position includes meals and staff housing.
