- Design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers

- Analyze and diagnose complex issues related to IT rollouts or upgrades

- Respond to moderately and highly complex development and correction requests

- Recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs

- Propose implementation plans

- Coordinate the planning, design and execution of projects, initiatives and activities

- Help clients define their needs through detailed solution design

- Identify, input, analyze and interpret functional requirements and data to guide IT solution selection and application development

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field




- A minimum of four years of relevant experience

- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

- Knowledge of French is required
