This full time position involves building strong relationships with Associate Owners and District Managers while promoting effective sourcing strategies in a competitive market. You will also actively represent the brand at recruitment events and campus initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify creative sourcing strategies for attracting pharmacy professionals
- Support campus recruitment at University of Saskatchewan and University of Manitoba




- Manage international hiring for hard-to-fill roles
- Build and maintain relationships with Pharmacy leaders and HR teams
- Track recruitment processes using Workday Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong networking and direct sourcing skills
- Proficient in social media for employer branding
- Experience handling multiple vacancies effectively
