Transform organizational practices as the Talent Management Specialist for Indigenous Youth Roots. This full-time remote role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and coaching rooted in Indigenous values. Reporting to the Director of People, Culture, & Operational Effectiveness, you'll lead recruitment and selection processes while ensuring cultural safety and relational accountability.
Collaborate in developing onboarding programs and training workshops that resonate with Indigenous youth. With a strong focus on creative practices, you will support departmental initiatives and help foster an inclusive organizational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement recruitment processes effectively
- Guide onboarding programs for new staff members
- Develop competency workshops tailored to diverse learning styles
- Provide coaching support for organizational leadership
- Collaborate on People & Culture departmental initiatives Requirements:
- 3+ years in recruitment and selection
- 2+ years in training development
- Experience in change management is an asset
- Previous leadership coaching experience preferred
