This permanent position focuses on providing nursing care aligned with resident plans, physician orders, and policies. As an RPN, you'll deliver excellent nursing and personal care while fostering a supportive workplace. Your communication skills will be key to managing resident care and guiding team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per established policies and physician orders
• Ensure excellent nursing and personal care delivery
• Foster teamwork and communication among staff
• Oversee resident care and family communication
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to your unit
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or senior health preferred
• Good judgment and risk identification abilities
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
