As a regulated member of the interprofessional health care team, you will report directly to the Director of Care. This role focuses on observing client status, ensuring necessary updates are communicated to the Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Administer prescribed medications according to policy
• Maintain ethical and professional standards
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients
• Support clients in their transitional care needs

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Graduation from an approved Health Care Aide program
• Must be registered with CLHA
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Related healthcare experience preferred
