Elk Point Healthcare Centre is searching for a skilled LPN for its Acute Care and Emergency Room units. You will use your critical thinking and assessment skills to deliver holistic care within a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on promoting health, ensuring safe outcomes, and engaging clients and families in their care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care within multidisciplinary teams
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and interventions
• Support families in understanding care processes
• Engage in evidence-informed practice and training
• Deliver protected, high-quality health outcomes for diverse clients

Requirements:
• Accredited practical nurse education program completion
• Active or eligible registration with CLHA
• Experience in acute and emergency care
• Current BCLS certification
• Preferred: ACLS, TNCC, ENPC certifications
