Your responsibilities include managing the flow of information, coordinating secretariat functions, and drafting critical reports to support governance initiatives. Proficient usage of project management tools and software is essential, and some travel may be required between multiple sites to meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate processes associated with governance systems
Execute secretarial functions effectively




Draft and analyze essential governance reports
Track and manage initiative-related issues
Implement administrative process improvements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Three years' experience within a large organization
Class 5 B.C. Driver's License required
Robust technical skills in project management software
