Duties
Deliver qualified hair styling and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences and needs
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their desired looks and offering expert advice
Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and greeting clients
Upsell services and products effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience




Keep detailed records of services provided and follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone

Experience
Proven experience in hair styling or barbering with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
Strong communication skills to clearly discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations
Ability to upsell retail products naturally without pressuring clients
Previous experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus
A qualified attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
