Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our agile team. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing projects. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and a safe working workplace. Responsibilities
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work area
Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment as directed by supervisors
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing tools and supplies needed for various tasks
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety standards
Transport materials within the work site using carts or forklifts if certified and trained




Perform routine inspections of work areas and report any hazards or issues promptly

Experience
Previous experience in general labour, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in manual labour roles is advantageous
