Helping Hands & Heart is looking for a kind, dependable, and experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) and/or Companion to join our growing team.

This is a part time, one-on-one home care position supporting a client in the comfort of their own home. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide showering and hygiene support
Support a client with mobility challenges and ensure their safety
Prepare simple meals
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
Provide companionship and social support
Drive and accompany the client to medical appointments

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
Reliable vehicle
Dependable, compassionate,



and comfortable working independently in a client's home
