As an Indigenous Grad Coach, your responsibility will be to build solid relationships, advocate for students, and ensure that they have access to necessary resources and support systems. Key Responsibilities:
Report on daily successes and challenges to the School Principal
Facilitate access to academic supports and referrals
Identify concerns among students based on collected data




Organize and promote cultural activities in the school
Collaborate with community Elders and knowledge keepers Requirements:
Diploma in Social Work, Indigenous Studies, or related field
Minimum one year of related experience essential
In-depth understanding of First Nations culture required
Fluency in Ojibwa is advantageous
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Empower Indigenous students through support and community connection in their academic journeys.
