Duties
Assist with site setup and cleanup to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Move and load materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support ongoing projects.
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools or materials promptly.
Help with basic construction tasks under supervision, following safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including disposing of waste and debris properly.
Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Experience
Previous experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to perform physical tasks consistently and safely throughout the workday.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills to understand instructions and work effectively with others.
Solid work ethic with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed.
