Job Title: Health Care Aide - Full Time Night Shifts (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)

Location: Rideau Ferry Country Home Retirement Residence

Position Summary

The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a protected, respectful, and effective manner, in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.

Requirements
Availability to work weekends
Must have a valid Canadian work permit
Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location
Must complete all required onboarding and recurring training requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided
Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain clean, secure, and sanitary work and storage areas
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
